H.E. PHAM Binh Minh, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, will lead a delegation to attend the 9th Meeting on “Cooperation and Development of the Cambodia-Viet Nam Border Provinces” and the 15th of Cambodia-Vietnam Joint Commission on Economic, Cultural, Scientific and Technological Cooperation, to be held from 13th to 15th March 2017 in Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia.
