Arrival of His Excellency Senior Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Prak Sokhonn and Lok Chum Teav in the evening of 20 September 2017 in New York to participate in the General Debate of the 72 nd session of the United Nations from 21 to 23 September 2017.
